Cheer Fit: Professional Event Cheerleaders & Cheerleading Style Fitness

The Cheer Fit Cheerleaders have performed on stage in Hyde Park, in the Paris Festival on New Year's Eve, in the London Parade on New Year's Day and at the famous Silverstone Formula 1 racetrack!

Cheer Fit are proud to support many charities including Breast Cancer Care and the British Heart Foundation, appearing in their national campaign alongside the London Welsh rugby team and celebrity supporter Gaby Logan.

The Cheer Fit Cheerleaders have appeared on GMTV and featured in Men's Fitness, Running Fitness and Runner's World magazines as well as The Times January 2010 Fitness Special!

The Cheer Fit classes are friendly, fun and open to everyone. For those of you with cheerleader potential, there are exciting opportunities to join the Cheer Fit Cheerleaders and take part in events!
